We had a lot of fun learning about embroidery techniques and solutions from Eileen Roche, founder of Designs in Machine Embroidery Magazine and author of several great project books. She showed us how to use many of the tools she has designed to solve common problems that every embroiderer encounters. That's the great thing about Eileen ‒ she doesn't just tell you how to work around a problem, she creates tools that you can use to eliminate the problem. A problem solver if there ever was one. So energetic, and fun to boot!
